Holy, Holy Mole, Guacamole!

An evening of music, conversation and ethnic food as we learn about the spirituality of the indigenous peoples of Mexico and consider the role that corn has played in pre- and post-Columbian survival. We will be making authentic guacamole and tamales together, and sampling posole, and champurrado. CFD: Evangelization
