God is inviting each of us to draw closer to Him through prayer, praise, and worship and to allow Him to work through us. We may or may not need to add to our busy schedules; but by personally recognizing God’s concern for each of us, in turn we are drawn to become better acquainted with God not just through intellectual learning, but as a loving God who wishes to be allowed to become active in our daily lives.
Also, God invites us to be His instruments to aid a world filled with hurting, frightened people who are limited in their knowledge of God and His love for each of us. By experiencing an enhanced ability to pray, by personally realizing the power of prayer, and by recognizing the importance of prayer in more of our decision making and in our activities, we then become more effective in accomplishing God’s will whether it be in our daily lives, our interactions with others, or in recognizing how God’s loving involvement in our lives helps us to accomplish His will and to help show His love to the world.
