Switching to a gluten free diet? Wondering how to serve your holiday favorites to gluten free friends and family? Come to our Lowell Campus to enjoy an evening of baking using gluten free flours and techniques so you will be prepared to go gluten free for any holiday get-together. Attendees will leave with a batch of hot cross buns they have made with their own hands. Cost: $20
