Joe is married to Andrea Hyland and they are the proud parents of seven young children. Joe has a Bachelor of Science Degree in History from Millikin University (Decatur, IL) 1998, and a Masters Degree in Christian Counseling from Franciscan University.

After completing his Master's Degree, Joe spent five years diagnosing and treating severe clinical disorders as the clinical director of a residential treatment facility for at-risk adolescents until moving to the Upstate of South Carolina to start a football program for a Catholic school.

Joe has an unwavering desire to transmit the faith, a heart for the men of God and the unique ability to use real-life examples in an honest and easily understood manner. His sincere, passionate and challenging approach to public speaking has motivated audiences across the country in a variety of settings ranging from pro-life conferences, retreats, men’s groups and churches to fundraisers and schools.

He is a licensed professional counselor in South Carolina and Wyoming.

Kristina Beers will follow giving her unique perspective as the mother of 5 young men. Kristina and her husband Bob are the parents of five young men, ages 16-21.  Two of the boys are discerning the Priesthood as Seminarians for the Diocese of Grand Rapids while one is engaged to be married.  The other two are still eating all the food in the house and the source of more gray hair than she would like, but carries them with joy.  Kristina is employed as a Faith Formation director in Remus, directs pilgrimages for Roots in Rome, writes for Hearst Publications, and blogs regularly at Tales from the Domestic Church.com  Masculinity in an age of radical feminism is one of her favorite topics.
