World Marriage Day | February 8, 2015
World Marriage Day is an annual observance promoted by the Worldwide Marriage
Encounter, usually celebrated at the parish level. Your parish celebration can be as elaborate
as you want. You may wish to devote the entire theme of the Mass that weekend to marriage
and include renewal of vows, recognizing especially those couples celebrating “mile-marker”
anniversaries. Or you may wish simply to recognize this day in the homily and intercessory
