Thomas Merton: A Faithful Visionary – A Reading Circle

In collaboration withwww.faithAlivebooks.com, the Catholic Information Center is hosting a Reading Circle on Thomas Merton: A Faithful Visionary by Michael W. Higgins. This book tells the remarkable story of one of the 20th century’s most important and articulate Christian voices. Thomas Merton, author, monk, and spiritual master is widely regarded as one of the most influential spiritual writers of modern times. 2015 is the 100th Anniversary of the birth of Thomas Merton.
Following a short introductory presentation, participants are invited to share their insights and reflections from reading the book. At the end of this session participants will explore ideas and resources for forming their own reading circles. CFD: Method ($10.00 donation requested)
