Join our parish community for a FRIENDLY round of golf, fun and fellowship. 9 Holes / 4 person scramble. Sign up with a partner and we will randomly pick another two-some to complete your team. Teams can consist of any combo of Guys, Girls, Teens. EVERYONE is WELCOME to attend. Cost is only $30.00 per person (price includes golf, cart and dinner). If you do not want to golf but would like to come to the dinner, we will have a "dinner only" option for $10.00. There will also be a 50/50 raffle. (see complete scramble rules on back of this form)
Sponsorships, Prize Donations and Volunteers will be needed. Please contact Cathie if you are willing to donate a small prize, money or your time….(more information is available on the back of this form)
