The 30th annual Focus on Life Benefit Dinner at the DeVos Place ballrooms in downtown Grand Rapids will feature film producer Ann McElhinney as the keynote speaker.
McElhinney is a producer and director known for FrackNation (2013), Not Evil Just Wrong (2009), and Mine Your Own Business: The Dark Side of Environmentalism (2006). She has just completed her latest project, Gosnell: America’s Biggest Serial Killer.
Talking about her new movie, McElhinney explained, “It is a true story. This really happened in America. [Gosnell] killed thousands of children, and people do not know.”
McElhinney produced this film to shed light on the heinous crimes of abortionist Kermit Gosnell, who was convicted in 2013 of first-degree murder for killing three infants who were born alive. Although he received multiple life sentences with no possibility of parole, the media ignored his actions, his trial, and the terrible suffering of his victims.
