Emily Stimpson Chapman is a well-known freelance Catholic writer and speaker, whose books include “The Catholic Table: Finding Joy Where Food and Faith Meet,” “These Beautiful Bones: An Everyday Theology of the Body,” and “The Catholic Girl’s Survival Guide for the Single Years.” She is the author of the Courageous! series of Bible studies for young girls, as well as several new studies for the women’s ministry Endow. Emily has been featured in numerous Catholic publications and she has been honored by the Catholic Press Association.
