The Festival of Roses will be at St. Francis Xavier & Our Lady of Guadalupe, this August 20 & 21. The Festival will be on Saturday from 11:30am to 10pm and on Sunday, 9:30am to 9pm. Hispanic food, music and dancing, kids games, prizes, raffles, moon walks, local agencies and more.
