The Evangelical Choral Society Fall Concert

The Evangelical Choral Society returns this year to present its 36th annual fall concert of sacred choral works, the sixth as an independent nonprofit organization. The group will sing under the baton of music director Randall W. Burghart, 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24, 2013, at First (Park) Congregational Church, 10 East Park Place NE (at Fulton St.), near the main downtown library in Grand Rapids, Mich.
The group is well known for its greatly anticipated and highly acclaimed annual performances with professional musicians of seldom-performed large-scale choral works. The Evangelical Choral Society has been in rehearsal since early Sept. for this one performance. Admission is free. A free-will offering will be received to help offset the costs of this concert..
