Do you enjoy Southwest food? Then you'll really enjoy September's Once A Month Kitchen as we kick off the 2017/2018 year with just a little spice. Sister Maria Serra Garcia, FSE, will teach you how to make one of her family's favorite entrees- chile rellenos (Spanish for "stuffed chiles").*
