Guided Tour of the Latin Mass [St. Mary's Parish, Kalamazoo]

Father James Richardson, Pastor of St. Mary’s parish in Kalamazoo and moderator of the oratory of St. Philip Neri in formation in the diocese of Kalamazoo is pleased to invite you to a special celebration of ten years of the Traditional Latin Mass at St. Mary’s. On Sunday, December 3, there will be a guided tour of the Latin Mass given at 10:30 am. Our tour will explain the symbols, ceremonies, and prayers that make this form of the Mass such a moving experience. At noon, a sung solemn Mass for the first Sunday in Advent will be offered with Gregorian chant and hymns and motets sung by our youth choir. Following Mass, everyone is invited to a special luncheon in the parish hall to mark this special occasion.
