(Lids for Kids is an annual bike helmet giveaway. Kids who wear their helmets while riding their bikes, scooter, or skateboards, will reduce the chance of brain injuries by up to 85%. To prepare for the summer weather, this event is put on with hopes to reduce brain and head injuries among children. Attending kids will get receive a FREE bike helmet, properly fitted by a trained volunteer. In addition, attending kids will get entered into a raffle for a chance to win a new bike or other great prizes!)
